I read The Unraveling of Avery Snow by Christy Sloat. I recommend this book if you have read the first book in the series. As things continue from the first book to the second, Avery and Dallas are still together, Landon has had his memory shaved. He does not remember his past lives with Avery or really who she is other than Dallas's girlfriend. A new Spirit Guide has been assigned to Avery because Ianni lost her angel status and became human when she helped her defeat Dedrick and Benjamin, the Dark Guides. Avery is helping Ianni fit in to the human world by letting her live with her. Dallas begins his restaurant and forgets Valentine's Day with Avery. Avery's life and lives start to unravel and reveal things about her. I very much enjoyed this book! The creativeness of the events in the story are great and I loved it!Product details

All I can say is wow! The suspense from the first page keep me on the edge of my seat. I was yelling, crying, hurting, and laughing through out this book. You must read this series. I love the ending!
After reading the first in the series, I wasn't sure how I wanted to see this story play out. I think I could've been happy either way it went. I was so happy with the way Chrisy Sloat took the story. Don't want to give anything away, but it is another must read series from this author. She ha a way of knitting the details together beautifly.
This book is great! It picks up where The Many Lives of Avery Snow ends. Avery and Dallas are trying to make a live together, Landon has has his memories shaved, and Ianni is human now. Avery has been assigned a new spirit guide named Amanda and she is trying to help Avery with a new dark guide named Sarafe. Many things change for the characters in this book and they all have many choices to make about their futures. The story ends beautifully!
It was a good read and I did like that Avery was finally able to sort her emotions out. She and Land on are soul mates, so they should end up together. However the whole Dallas and Ianni relationship, REALLY bothered me. I don't care how forgiving someone is, girl code! Just weird to me and I would have liked to see something different for Dallas and Ianni.
Oh, I just loved how this series ended. I loved the outcome so much. The writing is wonderful and the characters are realistic and genuine. There were some tear jerker moments but the story just flowed so well. This is just one more reason why Christy Sloat is one of my favorite authors. I would highly, highly recommend to anyone.
Absolutely love this book! This series is so original and different then anything I normally read, and I love it! I was hoping throughout the whole book and anxiously waiting for things to happen and I was not dissapointed! I love how this ended! I felt confusion and anger and sadness and happiness and YESSS! moments! So well written. I really enjoyed book 1, The Many Lives of Avery Snow, but I can really see the authors growth in this book. Can't wait to read more by her!
The Unraveling Of Avery Snow was a fitting ending to The Past Lives Series. In the face of constant danger and ruthless threats, Avery chose not to cower behind her Watcher, but instead, she comes into her own as a woman. She makes the tough choices in order to protect the ones she loves. Amidst heartbreak and pain, Avery unravels, only to reveal a stronger, more vibrant woman she never let shine. Sloat hit the nail on the head with this story; although I'm not a huge fan of happy endings (they happen much too often), some stories require them, and some characters deserve them. This story displays just that.
